Our Artistry® non-stick fry pan was designed to be functional, durable and safe for the environment and is built for years of faithful kitchen service. This heavy-gauge aluminum frying pan offers great heat conductivity and features our ecologically advanced, water-based Hydrolon® non-stick coating which makes transferring food from pan to plate fast and easy and encourages healthier cooking because you can use less butter and oil. Like all Ecolution cookware, this non-stick griddle is safe, non-toxic and PFOA free. The bottom, emblazoned with our signature green leaf design, is grooved so heat is distributed evenly and consistently.
